Is there a minimum term contract?


There are no lock-in periods with monthly Bronze & Silver plans so you can cancel your account at any time. The Gold plan requires a 12-month minimum contract.




If I cancel my subscription, what happens to the app?


Your app will continue to run until the end of its current billing period (e.g. end of your current billing month or year), then at this time the app will be deactivated.




Are there any hidden charges?


There are absolutely no hidden charges from Risk Appetite. However please be aware that to have your app on the IOS and Andriod app stores you will need developer accounts. Apple charges an annual fee of $99 for this and Google charges a one-off fee of $25. You pay this directly to them not Risk Appetite.




Can I upgrade after my plan has started?


Yes, you can change your plan at any time you like, you are not tied in to any contract with Risk.




Can I link other programs to my app?


Any web content or web link can be embedded into the app. ie if you use a web widget like OpenTable for bookings, this can be integrated into your app.




What is CRM?


The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) allows you to see a full list of all your customers who are using the app, including all their details and app actions. App actions consist of any action a customer takes within the app, eg orders, purchases, bookings, messages, forms completed, loyalty earned etc. Additionally you can also send one-2-one messages and create customer groups, to allow messaging to defined customer types.
